Cancellations must be made seven days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Refunds are not given for classes canceled less than seven days ahead; however, you can always send a friend in your place.

Natural Color Dyeing Class

A hands-on intro to the beautiful art of natural dyeing. A great way to connect w/ natural fibers, sustainable plants & your creative side.
This 1.5 hour workshop will cover the basics of the craft of natural dyeing including: natural fibers, scouring, mordant, preparing plant material, and color extraction. There will be an example dye pot demonstration, tools and plant materials Attendees will also design and create a bundle dyed piece of fabric to take home. Feel free to bring some plant matter you think might dye to use in your bundle dyeing experiment.
