Cancellations must be made seven days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Refunds are not given for classes canceled less than seven days ahead; however, you can always send a friend in your place.

Worms Eat My Pumpkins

Learn how to use worms to eat your food scraps! This hands-on class goes over worm biology, worm bin options, and harvesting castings.
Fall is a great time to start a worm bin–first of all, there’s all those left over pumpkins, and its moist and dark–two conditions compost worms love. Red wigglers are quiet, easy creatures can eat their weight in food scraps, turning your waste into black gold for the garden. We will cover how to harvest the casting and how to make a nutrient rich tea out of the worm castings.
